Licensing
The license screen consists of the license details, the linked vaccination record, and the animal screen
A license needs a linked Rabies vaccination record. You can select from a list of vaccinations or create a new one at the same time.
NOTE: The end date for the license can NOT be later than the expiration of the vaccination. If the vaccination expiration is less than the license expiration, the license expiration will be set to the vaccination expiration instead.
The expiration time for both licenses and vaccinations are controlled from the Settings screens.

General Tips
Selecting/adding people: Anytime you see an field to select a person from the system, you can start typing a first or last name to imitate a search. Results will appear and you can click on a name to select them. If no results are found you can always add a new person by clicking the "Create New Person" button in the search results. Once a person is selected the pencil icon will display a popup allowing you to edit the person.
License Section
Important/Special Fields:
Re-Evaluate: The date to re-evaluate the case
Delivered By: The person that delivered the animal
Found Address: The address/street the animal was found - Fills in the intake district if present
Fostered By: The person currently fostering the animal, if applicable
- License ID - Your organization's ID for the license
- Type - Types are created/managed from Settings - Animals. Types can be set up to automatically add fees as well.
- Issued By - Defaults to your organization for new records - The list displays person records with the "License Issuer" checkbox checked
- Owner When Issued - Required if there are fees
- License Approval Status - Determines the "Status" of the license

Fees/Charges
This section list any new or existing charges for the license. Some charges are automatically added but can still be removed or edited by clicking the X icon in the charge. Charges can also be added manually to licenses by clicking the "New Charge" button. Fees and payments are grouped by the person they apply to as a case can apply charges to different people if desired.
Which license fees are added are set up under Settings - Animals
Payments can also be made from this section for existing (not new) licenses by clicking the "Apply Payment" button.
